The objective of this project is to facilitate greater visibility into the independent retail market. You will find the sales templates here as well as a button to add a document. This is where you will provide your communication and sales reporting quarterly.

This portal will be used to easily keep track of progress as we move forward with the introduction of the product and company to the network.

    Okay thank you. I will follow up with you early next week to see if we have any tangible results. How long till your team decides to switch verticals if not enough leads come through?

      It’s been another week and we’ve recevied 0 leads. Can we schedule a call to discuss strategy? I was expecting at least a few leads to convert and we havent even had any cold leads to reach out to…

    Thanks Michellle. We contacted Mohan and have not heard back. For some reason I am STILL not getting these notifcations to our inbox and I even added the contact to our contact list. Is there a way to find the full list on this site? 
     
    In addtion, we’ve now only recevied 2 sample requests which both never responded. It’s been about a month. What is your plan of action to make this partnership more valuable?

      Hi Michelle,
       
      I think there may be some misunderstanding. This isnt something we agreed to. We agreed to follow up on the warm leads that your team is supposed to be owning and handling. Once they are ready to discuss to purchase or a sample, we would then take over the conversation. That is what was agreed upon. It’s been a month and we havent recevied one sale from this partnership thus far let alone one conversation or introduction with a viable vendor. Please escalate my concern to mangement as this hasn’t been meeting our expectation.
       
      I was referring to the sample list: where can we access in the portal the list of the prospects requesting a sample?

    I am going to need this escalated because you haven’t even delivered 2500 in sales to make this “non refundable”. Please escalate this to the CEO.
     
    1. on the call you said your team follows up on the leads and passes them to us. We’ve called several of these vendors and they have no idea what we’re talking about or who Mr. Checkout is. Truly embarassing for us to have to go through this which doesn’t make this a warm lead at all.
    2. If you would like to assist further then I reccomend reaching out to these leads as promised and having them actually be a warm lead versus a cold call to someone who has no idea what we’re talking about.
    3. The only way we can continue is if we get the minimum $2500 dollars back in sales otherwise we need a refund.

    The contract I signed does not say it’s non refundable so legally speaking this is incorrect and I need this escalted to Joel or I can reach out myself to get this sorted.
     
    I did mention we are having a hard time reaching these retailers because no one responds or knows who we are or you are and your team has not assisted with follow up. Did you complete the warm leads pulled from the e-blast? It’s been 6 weeks and we haven’t even had 1 POTENTIAL prospect to sell to. On top of that we’ve never worked with a distributor who refuses to have bi-weekly/monthly calls. 
     
    Like I said we need to have our money returned or sales equivalent to $2500 for this to continue.
