This portal will be used to easily keep track of progress as we move forward with the introduction of the product and company to the network.

I know it’s only been two days since launch, but I’ve only had one company who has reached out for a sample (I’ve spoken with him on the phone and the sample is on its way!). Is this normal to have such a slow uptick? Anything we can do to drive more interest from the get-go?

Thanks for the new leads! I’m still getting used to checking this portal frequently – is there any way I can sign up for email alerts when you message me?
I’ve attached my sales tracker so far, where I’m keeping detailed notes about my reach outs and follow ups. I’ve only been able to connect with two on the phone, and my emails are going unnoticed. I feel like I’m bothering companies or just reaching the general phone line where all customer inquiries go.
Any tips or words of motivation for me? Is it normal that only one company has requested a sample?

I’ll update with a spreadsheet shortly, but the bottom line is that I’ve had zero sales from Mr Checkout (despite quite a bit of dilligence on my follow ups). I’m disappointed in the way things are going, and I’d like to see if we can get them on the right track.

I actually hadn’t updated my file in my last message – I’ve done so now. As you can see, I’ve been more proactively picking up the phone and really following up with leads 5+ times before considering them lost. I’m really putting in the time and work.
I’m a one-woman team here who does all the sales/marketing/production/order fulfillment, following up with leads this often is quite draining to my time. I also have sent three samples now (with expensive shipping to the USA) with no traction at all from customers… leading me to worry that people might be signing up for samples with no intention of purchasing.
I was also under the impression when joining Mr Checkout’s “Fast Track” program that I would have more sales support, especially with the expensive onboarding fee I paid. Can we please book a call for next week to chat about getting me help?

How did the calls go last week? Just a reminder that you commited your team to helping me out with 5-10 calls to stores you think would be a good fit (the more the merrier, truthfully). I think a big part of why my call pickup rate is so low is because I’m calling from a Canadian number.

No responses from the 5 leads you sent me on July 19. I am still in touch with Green Grocer from June 28th – they haven’t made an order yet, but there is a possibility there.
My new sales sheet for September is attached. I was on vacation a bit during August, so wasn’t following up as much as I normally would (plus I’m sure store owners were on vacation too). September can be more disciplined on my end if I get new quality leads.

I’ve most recently uploaded my sales report in September, and I’ll upload October’s soon. I understand you need reports quarterly, and I try to do them monthly or every two months.
At a glance, things are not going well at all. I haven’t sold a single case of honey. I’m wasting my time and money sending out samples, just to be ghosted by seemingly-uninterested buyers. I’m extremely disappointed.
Is there a way to be alerted of these communications rather than logging into this portal? Can I sign up for email alerts when you contact me?
