Most emails have bounced, the rest never reposnded. The one repsonse we did get cliams they do not work with you as a ditributor.
Please can we set a startegy in place here as it looks like we are all over the place and are just cold emailing random people and broken emails.
Hi, I have tried calling the phone numbers, most don’t pick up or go to voicemail/invalid number. Anyone who did not pick up did not know who you guys were and thought it was an error call. We need help setting up direct meetings as cold calling a bunch of numbers and emails is not a working startegy.

Hi, as I mentioned we were not able to speak with anyone using the numbers you sent. They were wither disconnected, went to voicmeial and the only one who did answer did not know who you were. We are extremely busy and did not keep an exact time log of each call. We have made a spreadsheet which we origianlly attached with the emails and phone numbers of each one. We cannot allocate more time to updating your registry for you. Please let us know if you have anything in the works for us as through both email and phone we have yet to recive a reponse from anyone.

Hi, I have called all the numbers in the last attached sheet and I either get sent to the pharmacy customer service line (an assoicate picks up and cannot help) or I get sent to voicemail. The numbers porivded are not for the managers or owners so they are not useful. Please let me know what you can do to help as so far we havent been able to even speak to a potential buyer from your leads.

I just uploaded the document calling and emailing the same 5 palces you sent us.
It is clear you are sending us customer service numbers which are extremely unhelpful as a customer representative cannot request samples and we can find geenral phone numebrs online for all pharmacies. Do you have any real contacts at all apart from general service lines for pharmacies. I’ dont want to keep wasting both our times emailing and calling the same numbers over and over and uploading a report about it each time.
It has been almost 6 months now and we have yet to recive the direct line for someone who can make descisons (they are all general phone lines for perscriptions).

Hi, The customer service lines are just regular phone lines for customers needing prescriptions or returns or help with products. They are not buyer phone lines so the person picking up cannot help. I thought you would be connecting us with the actualy buyer and not sending us the customer service phone line.
You state I should “keep trying to phone the customer service line”. I have and clearly they are not the ones who make decisions or even know the person who does. There is really no point in me calling the same 5 customer serice lines daily that seems like a huge waste of everyones time. Please adivse what you can do to help.

At this point it is clear we cannot gain any value from your service.
I keep having to mention the same things and I get the same almost automated repsosne every time. I’d like a refund for the $2500 spent. You have privided us with a handful of customer service lines for phamrcaies which I can gather myself in a couple of minutes. Not one introduction has been made and no efforts to take action are being made either.
It’s dissapointing to see you keep telling me to “try calling” or “try asking for a repalcemnt” when I’ve mentiond multiple times that the customer service line is there for custoemr use and they CANNOT help me.

I do not see any disconenct.
You advertised to me that you would make introductions and set us up with buyers from many small retials stores with a high success rate of getting some business done within 6 months. The only thing you have ever sent us is customer service lines for pharmacies (which I could have found on google). The numbers are for “customer help” and not to be put in touch with a buyer so they are of no use to me as the sotre worker clearly can’t help as it is not part of their job. I am finding that no real effort has been put in by your team apart from sneding over a handful of customer service phone numbers. This seems to me like taking adavantage of a samll business and taking $2500 from us. If you will not return the money we expect you to privde real services and to STOP constantly asking us to fill out an excel sheet calling the same 5 customer service lines. It has become honestly ridicolous. I have reached out multiple times for help and I jsut get a standard message to upload a useless excel sheet. I am just asking you to privde the services advertised and connect us to REAL buyers and not send me phone numbers to reach a custoemr service line. Please let me know if you are willign to help if not we will have to part ways and will do what we can to recoup our losses with you.
