The objective of this project is to facilitate greater visibility into the independent retail market. You will find the sales templates here as well as a button to add a document. This is where you will provide your communication and sales reporting quarterly.

This portal will be used to easily keep track of progress as we move forward with the introduction of the product and company to the network.

      Good morning Michelle. 
      I hope you’re doing well. I’m attaching to this email an update of the lead feedback report. I have a little concern about the way we contact our clients would be effective, We have been contacting them trough call and by email, but the feedback from them is not always positive, some of them don’t even know that their information is on mrcheckout platform. The way I confront the phone call is by introducing myself and telling them that we are working together with you and that I found their information trough the platform, because by experience some customers thinks that it’s a spam call, they think our business is fake because is not coming directly from your company. I’m not sure why is this happening I treat them in the most formal way as possible but I’m not having a good feedback. Obviously not all of them are like that but even when they don’t say it I can feel they are not going to take it seriously. We have been sending emails but they don’t answer back. And sometimes is because they are not longer using the same email contact that is on the directory. It’s very hard to contact directly to the buyer manager trough phone, so what I do is that if they are not there I ask for a email contact information to make sure we are sending the emails to the right person. On those emails we have a general message with a short introduction of the company and we attach the catalog but we barely get answers and when we do it’s not good news. 
      We are using mrcheckout strategies I thought it was great to have it as a guide, and we are doing our best calling them and emailing them but nothing is working. It been a month and nothing has happened yet. Please let me know what do you think is the problem and what is the best thing to do with this situation. We need to make it work out together.

      Today we are doing an information base of the platform to be able to send emails to the majority. I think it will take me another week to send an email to the 4 thousand customers who apply to our product.     I am attaching this week’s report of clients who have been sent mail and some have been called.
    I made the decision that 4 ladies would help me to collect information from customers who might be interested in the coffee, the result of the entire platform being 1,816 customers, all of whom have been sent an email, we have sent both personal and massive, since we have acquired a server that allows us to send massive emails.
    Of which 2 have already been sent samples that I hope they will receive next week. When the clients already have them, I will attach it to the file. Waiting for your news and knowing if I’m doing the job right.

      Hello, I hope you are well, I enclose the report of what has been done these last 2 weeks, the truth is that I do not see that we are making progress, some do not want to take the call, there are others who say where we got the information from, or that the person from the number no longer works at the location. There are very few who have been interested and they only say send me an email and I will be notifying you by email that it seemed to me so far no sale has been made or any specific interest has been obtained from potential customers.

    Hello, I hope you are doing very well, I have followed all the steps that have been indicated to me, sent samples to clients and made many many phone calls. Actually, most of the people are rude and even tell me that I am calling them to scam them, and that because I have their information, others that they are not authorized to provide any information and that they do not want to know about new products. There is some other way to introduce our products to the market. Every day we send emails, call and still do not get responses from customers.
    Is there any other step or another method to follow?

    Hello good afternoon, today I uploaded the updated report again. All the clients have been called again; to those who were sent samples, nobody answered, they only reported that they had received the samples.
    Other people said they don’t want any information and to remove from them from any database.
    Many are a bit rude.
    We have been contacting people for many months, sending samples and they simply do not give us an answer.
    For us as a company it is quite stressful to be calling everyday and that people do not even want to take the information, or they give us wrong contact information and when they call again they say they did not receive the information.
    Is there any other step to follow, or you can help us generate sales.
    I think it is not dynamic to be like this without generating sales, since the contract stipulates that when we generate sales you will obtain 5% of each sale. But without some other method or help other than the database we will not be able to make sales.

    We took the modality that at the time of being on the call at that very moment a new email was sent so that they could see it and they did not give us any response.
    It has been a long work since many days are occupied and we have not received interest from anyone.
    We have some other alternative so that we can generate sales.
    Sorry to insist on that but there are people who have treated us like scammers and you just want to offer them coffee.

      Please help me, to make sales we have already called many times, the database is too old. We get no answers and we are frustrated that we are calling 100 or 50 people every day and no one tells us that they want to try the coffee.
      We have paid the membership and we have not obtained any results. Please help me.
      Tell me what other step I should take.
      You just tell me to update the file, but with that I don’t get anything, I’m just losing whole days of the person making the calls.

Hello Michel, I hope you are very well, these last weeks I have sent an email again to all the contacts on the list, and they have not replied to an email.
The calls were no longer made since the 12th since the person who was helping me to make them is in another area and we were making 60 calls a day without getting results and we really need to sell.
I am waiting for news from you or some other step to be able to continue since we have made the call to the clients 3 times but at no time is there an answer.
The samples we sent got no response. We’ve already been calling and doing the work for 6 months with no sales, and what company survives with no sales.

    There is no data because only email was sent to them, there are people who were not contacted that the phones are out of service, what does not have information are those who have only been sent email and then there are the calls. How many months have I to keep calling for you to help me make sales.
    We are incorporating more staff just to make calls, I hope to have a team for next week and thus call more than 200 potential clients in one day.

    Hola, espero que estés muy bien, no he actualizado la lista de clientes ya que todos los clientes no contestan correos electrónicos ni llamadas, son registros muy desactualizados. ¿Hay algún otro método para llegar a los distribuidores?
    Les ruego su apoyo porque si llegamos a los distribuidores podremos hacer negocios.
