This portal will be used to easily keep track of progress as we move forward with the introduction of the product and company to the network.

So far we have received very few responses, none of which has lead us to getting the orders.
Is there anything else we could do here to inspire retailers to get in touch with us?
What other tools do you guys have to help us grow?
Two things about this project:
1. We have paid an upfront deposit and got nearly nothing in return. The basic digital sheet you created obviously didn’t make any effect on the IRPA members. Besides, the fee to join the IRPA as a vendor is almost a quarter of what we have been charged by Mr.C.
Anyway, none of IRPA members, who we tried to contact had responded back to us.
The only response we’ve received so far was the complaint, which you advised us to ignore.
2. The IRPA database does not contain almost a single working email address. Neither it has names (again, except very few) or phone numbers.
Overall, I don’t believe this project is benefitial to us in any extent, so I see two options of how we should move forward: a) you return our deposit and we terminate our relationship; b) you start doing the distributor’s job and make proper introductions both to IRPA members and federal retail, where we are mostly interested in establishing relationship with one retailer – PetSmart.
Need your decision asap.

I don’t think it’s going to work like this. I am asking for a particular action from your side because no of no activity and you respond with a request for the report of my actions.
The is an inverted vendor-distributor relationship. Besides, I see no value of what you are bringing to the business (or should I rather say – sponsorship) relationship that we have established.
As to the database correcttions – they are too massive to share. Over 80% of emails on that “database” are either support@, info@, order@ or other similar types of emails, which never ever will put any vendor in connection with the retailer’s purchasing or product management teams.
I am repeating my strong request for you to either start doing distributor’s job and connect us with the retailers we’d like to be talking to (PetSmart), or cancel the contract follwed by the return the deposit we placed.
Perfectly conducted scam. Standing applause.
Took our money, done a job of a 20 dollar freelancer, provided no support or valuable information. And now you are cinically saying forget about the money, goodbye. Bravo!
I will write a termination email, that’s for sure. I will also write several other emails. Not saying goodbye yet
