This portal will be used to easily keep track of progress as we move forward with the introduction of the product and company to the network.

I’ve submitted our 1st quarter report. The ones we’ve received final answers on are highlighted. We are continuing to follow up with the rest of the 15 leads we were given.
Can you tell me what the plan is from here? Are we going to be getting more leads from you to follow up on?
We have been approached by a company in Florida to purchase wholesale. I would like to check the Natural Grocers Association directory to see if they came from your contacts as per our agreement. But we – still – can’t get logged into that directory. We can log into the website but not access the directory – same as before.
Can you help with this?

These are some of the people that have shown interest by clicking to learn more about the line through the eblast, however they did not enter their information in the lead form once they landed on the sell sheet. I am able to pull the emails associated with the accounts from my end. Please note that the contacts were contacted through the retail association and are not familiar with our company Mr. Checkout.
When you start your outreach, we find these are some important reminders:
* Calling 3-5 times before connecting is normal. Persistence is key to making connections
* Retailers are usually in and out of the office all day long and are bound to miss your call or not receive your emails same day.
* Emails have proven to be underwhelming for follow up- Phone calls are the best way to make a connection
* Your product line has peaked their interest, but you may need to refresh their memory and this is a great way to open the door for your time to sell.
* Always track your samples so that you can follow up for feedback and finalize the sale
The Goal of your outreach is to connect with the interested retailer and receive a yes or a no. Even a no is helpful as it will help us redirect your product to the channel with the right path to market. One of our requirements that we have for this program is the reporting of your communication & sales at a minimum on a quarterly basis… However, uploading your progress more often will help us stay more involved which can lead to more success of our program.
