This portal will be used to easily keep track of progress as we move forward with the introduction of the product and company to the network.

Happy Friday! I have uploaded our results from our campaign reaching out to all of the email leads that expressed interest in our brand. I even reached out to the two additional contacts you sent on 4/5. We had some that came back invalid but a majority were unresponsive.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts on making these leads a bit warmer and anything we can do to tweak on our end. We were inviting them for a meet & greet time slot with Nikki to go over our products, answer questions, pricing, etc.

When I click the link and use our login for the directory in the Hair & Beauty Association I receive an error when trying to login saying “You are not allowed to access this site.” Can you set me up with my own login? username being my email? That way I can access the directory to call some of the leads. I will try a follow-up email as well.

I just uploaded our latest round of outreach including emails directly to each of the retailers you listed above expressing interest. The document with our results has been uploaded to the document section.
Unfortunately, we’re not receiving responses from most of the leads like we would have hoped. Please continue to send interested leads our way as you receive them.

Hi, we are working on doing a larger mailer from the directory contacts. Do you have an excel file of the names and emails? If not, is there a way to export the directory into one? Otherwise, we would have to copy and past each contact into our email system which wouldn’t make the ability to reach out to a large amount of them very efficient.

We still did a meet & greet format and even tried to get some face time for Nikki and had our intern narrow down the LA contacts and do a special campaign for those to surround the dates Nikki will be in LA. Unfortunately, we’ve received minimal response. Nikki did speak to a few and followed up by phone but those conversations did not prove to be a lead.

We’ve definitely been sending quarterly reporting. I will send our latest results with leads and Nikki’s phone outreach. I will also do one more mailer now before the end of the month and send you August results.
Again, it is minimal unfortunately there has not been much response back from the leads provided.
I’ll put the latest results to include a final mailer this week and upload that next week.

We tried targeted outreach when Nikki was visiting LA, Nikki has personally called and emailed individually herself as well as we have done bulk mailing to the whole group.
Thank you, we are reaching out and doing a personal phone call to this round in hopes that it will result in actual responses this time.
