This portal will be used to easily keep track of progress as we move forward with the introduction of the product and company to the network.

I am able to pull the emails associated with the accounts from my end.
Please keep detailed communication notes while you are reaching out. As we discussed on our Product Education Call, we are going to need reporting from your end, which you can upload that to your dashboard. Please note that the contacts were contacted through the retail association and are not familiar with our company Mr. Checkout.

This helps us get a better understanding of how the conversations are going and if they are or are not a good fit for your product. Once we receive this information, we can then follow up on our end as to why it wasn’t a good fit and then regroup and find the companies that may be a better market fit.

I have reviewed your reporting and it looks like you’re off to a great start. I would suggest you follow up by phone to make sure they have received your emails. We have found that email follow up can be underwhelming for sales. You should be able to use the directory to find the contact names and numbers for these emails.

After meeting with my team this morning we have come up with the following conclusion that without reporting and communication as stipulated in the agreement, the contract is considered terminated by your company. This is not the outcome that we wanted at the onset of this agreement and we do our best to convey this in our agreement, through this dashboard and conversations early on.
