Interestingly, I am being reminded about my responsibilities when I am always following up and trying to figure out what is going with the account. There is always someone new assigned, and it is getting frustrating.
It would help if notifications were sent to my email address when a message is posted on your portal. I don’t check this portal or dashboard every day. This system has been flawed from day 1.
The leads have been worst, if not terrible. This is not what I was told and promised. Those leads are basically from people looking for free products. This is a frustrating experience and a waste of money.

This is very interesting, considering that I was the one always following up with your company. Everyone I worked with either left or went to the army.
The leads provided were horrible and I did mention it on several occasions and nothing was done about it. Not a single company wanted to buy or even bothered returning the calls or emails. How is this program or service or whatever you want to call it supposed to work?
Posting this message on this board is not professional and bad business practice as you did not also follow the requirements from day one. A phone call or an email to my business email account should have been considered. It is very difficult to check your website that hasn’t worked for several months.

I should be due a refund considering that I was the one following up from day one trying to make it work. This is not the way to do business. You are practically stealing people’s money to keep your company alive.

The apology doesn’t mean anything since the company did not do what they were supposed to do initially. There’s no excuse. All I heard, in the beginning, were apologies and to bear with you guys when the company was going through changes and now a BS apology.
So one late report with a due date in November and not submitted, and suddenly the contract is terminated. I should have reconsidered my initial decision after reading all the nasty comments about the company from the BBB.
So this is how you take advantage of small businesses. And I am not surprised that I have not heard from anything through my email. Everything is kept here so you can delete and do whatever you want.
I want a refund for the aggravation that your company has caused.
