Project Description

The objective of this project is to facilitate greater visibility into the independent retail market. You will find the sales templates here as well as a button to add a document. This is where you will provide your communication and sales reporting quarterly.

This portal will be used to easily keep track of progress as we move forward with the introduction of the product and company to the network.

Also, I keep getting an error when I try to get into the directory to find out some more information on these inquries. Any troubleshooting I can do so I can access this database?

Are there any more warm leads? Seems like we only received 6 total sample requests but out of all those we only received 1 response to our initial email. Can you confirm if we recevied any more warm leads that we can reach out to?

    Also, any more warm leads? Seems like were getting alot of links clicked in the emails I’ve been sending directly. Just want to make sure we can document these contacts as well as see if there are any more sample requests.

I just uploaded a new sales report for last month. Seems like we’ve hit a road block and have received no traction with any of these account. I’ve sent out a email campaign to everyone in the directory and still have not received any other leads or request for samples. I’ve sent 3000+ emails about 4-5 per account and still we are not working with a single account. We’ve also been pounding the phones as well but to no avail.
In the emails and warm leads we’ve offered discounts for sample requests, credit towards first order, money back guarentee, net 30 ect. 
What can we do in order to start getting some traction? We’re having more sucess with our house accounts using the exact same emails and phone call strategies. We’ve deticated a number of team members to Mr. Checkout leads with $0 revenue in return.

      All phone calls that we have made with any sort of progress are already listed on the latest sales report. Any other cold calls that have no progress getting a DM or where we have not left messages or mentioned Leafco are not listed on the report. 
      We would really like to see some progress by the end of this month since to date we have not received a single sales with this database. We’ve sent out over 8k emails to each and every store in this database with no warm responses, no sample requests, or even sales conversations. We’ve mainly received bounced emails, owners confirming they are not a good fit, ect.
      If we are not able to receive any sort of progress with our partnership by EOM we will start to evaluate our options and will most likely request a refund.
      More information on email campaign: 8k+ emails sent, users reveived 6 step email campaigns spread over 3 weeks, received 500+ bounced emails, 5% response rate (mostly OoO and not interested/bad fit.

    Understood, we haven’t had much sucess pounding the phones like we did with all the warm leads that came in. All the bounced emails that we found I’ve sent in previous sales reports on one of the tabs in the doc.
    Please let me know once there is any progress with getting us some accounts, we look forward to hearing back from you.

    Did you reach out to these contacts as Mr. Checkout? or as the Nutrition Retail Association? This would help us name drop you as we reach out to these warm leads.

    I just added our sales notes including the warm leads you provided. I’m not sure who you spoke with but a couple of the vendors were not good fits from the start, including a mexican supermarket which is not a great market to target.
    We are still extremely disappointed that we have not had a single sale or result from partnering with you. All we have received from our inital investment is joining the National Retail Association ($400 value) and one email blast. Since then we have emailed every single member (over 5000 emails) and placed over 500 calls to no avail. I’ve worked in the tech sales industry for over 10 years and am surprised we have no gotten any results. We had hoped the warm leads would provide a little spark for our partnership but out of those 5 two just requested a submission which is what they would of told any company calling, 1 was a mexcian supermarket, and the other we’ve struggled getting anyone on the phone.
    We are leaning toward a full refund, worse case can refund all but our admission to the Retail Association. Please advise on next steps or if you are able to get us a single sale to show that this investment is worth it.

    We are currently in a number of health suppliment stores, similar to GNC. A few smaller beauty stores that sell our bath bombs. A few deticated Hemp stores.

      Thanks for sending over the crendientials to the Sports directory, we already have done some research on a few businesses that we think would be a good fit.
      I want to confirm that we are planning on hitting the ground running come the new year and we really attempt to push this Golf CBD line, especially since our previous expirence did not work out so well trying to sell a different product line that we offer.

    I’m currently in conversations with them, they have email information on all our products and will get back to me hopefully next week about sameple orders or inital orders.
    If not, I’ll at least get feedback on why it wouldn’t be a good fit for them.
