I didn’t realize leads would be posted here, ive been checking my email hourly everyday wondering why only 3 people have emailed us. i have now emailed each listed on here and sending samples tomorrow to all 13! Have kept track of the other leads thusfar.

Good afternoon, I have attached sales report sheet above however i wanted to express my concerns because we are fustrated to say the least. Most of the leads dont even drink coffee meaning the product has just been sitting there. Others i cant even contact, Loretto # doesnt work. Fiddleheads (Stephanie nobody knows who that is, plus they didnt even request samples. They told me they are not bringing any coffee in?? Why are they on list?
Not a sinlge one has emailed back. Very fustrated.. We were under the impression that MR. Checkout would be connecting us with buyers and selling our product.. This list just seems like random grocers that dont even seem interested in bringing coffee in. Very confused and wondering is that it? What else is there to do, we are hungry for more business.

Hello, the feedback i received from Kelly at Harvest was that they thought it would be too much of a risk bringing in new product atm and didn’t want to chance it not selling. Same goes to Lees Super Market. She really loved it and wanted to bring it in, but didn’t know if it would sell fine, which i why i brought up if they would put it on the shelf we would ship 10 bags to them at our expense for a no risk for them and see if it sells (In hopes of a return order). If it means us getting in the door and on the shelf im all for that.. I’m not sure if ya’ll recommend that strategy, i just know from what im hearing every buyer tells me how the coffee market is saturated/or not sure if they want to take the risk/or if they want to even bring in another coffee.. I believe our product will sell great once its on the shelf, just getting it in the door is challenging. Thank you for your response, we are genuinely trying!

Thank you for the leads. Question on address for sample shipments. Should i wait till i confirm with lead to get address or for the ones that say requested samples, go ahead and send samples to the address listed with Company?

Update 03/15/23 : No progress/sale has been made. Have emailed multiple times those without phone numbers such as Brookshire Brothers and Sherrys. No reply. Aspen Marketplace and Cardullos not interested. Followed up with Oak Point and they still have coffee on shelf so no 2nd order yet. Besides that nothing is happening with these potential vendors.
We have new packaging so when you do new outreach we need to update photos.

Hello Mr. Checkout. It’s been nearly an entire month since I received a message from you regarding doing more outreach. Quite frankly, we feel like we have received the short end of the stick. 2500$ and dozens of samples later for a total of ONE sale of a mere 120$, which doesn’t even cover how many samples we sent out. Nearly every lead has been someone just taking samples with nothing to follow, leads of businesses that aren’t in business or aren’t even interested in samples yet they got on the lead page. I am deeply disappointed in Mr. Checkout and their ability to sell. We have an incredible product and if it only got into the hands of the right buyers it would sell. As of today, I would highly discourage anyone from using your platform as it has been a poor and discouraging journey with you.

We request a Termination of our Contract between Lion’s Head Coffee and Mr. Checkout. Effective immediately.

I appreciate your fast reply. I also appreciate you letting us know your team is diligently working on their outreach and for that, I would say to continue their work. I understand now that outreach takes time as well as building trust with buyers and that we should be patient in this process.
Thank you for the clarification and greater understanding. Please continue.

Porters email and State market email given above are not valid email addresses because it kicks it back stating not able to deliver to the recipient… HEB we have already submitted an application in the past and have sent in products so we are not going to submit another application until we hear from them about our first inquiry.

Mr. Checkout. At this point in time I am requesting our contract to be terminated. I would like to be refunded something if not all the $2500 retainer. My reasoning and thoughts if you we’re curious as to why: 1. Coming to Mr. Checkout we were talked into working together as an understanding that Mr. Checkout would be helping us actually sell our product to the relationships they have built… However, we see now that it is simply a list of ” so called relations” that you dump in our laps for us to do 100% of the work… Which we are in the business to work but don’t charge us to simply dump random sites in our inbox then expect us to build a relationship, sell our product, and then give you %. 2. The “Leads”. Simply put, in every lead we have had from you after calling them they haven’t even heard of Mr. Checkout or us.. On top of that, I bet half the emails you have given us weren’t even legit emails. It seems to me like you are just grabbing random leads and hoping we land a deal with them. How is it a lead if you tell us “Hey, this store is interested in your coffee” Then we send them an email/call and the first thing they say is “We’re not interested in bringing coffee in”. That’s a total BS lead. Or how is it a lead giving us a link to fill out an application when that is just something you find on the web?
Closing remarks> I highly highly highly am disappointed in your service. Total fraud. I would like our money back. If not I for sure will be blasting everywhere possible about how you’re taking business’s money for this BS sales pitch…
