When will we be placed into the 25 stores? Joel explained to us that after we got onboarded and completed tasks on our end that Mr. Checkout would get us placed into 25 stores.
What are the next steps?

This is not what we were told. Joel, the owner of Mr. Checkout, explained that the Fast Track program would get us into 25 stores. There was never any discussion of us having to cold call people from your database.
If we knew that $2,500 got us an email blast and access to a database, we wouldn’t have spent the money. Please run this up to your chain of command or let me know to contact Joel directly.

Yes, we established that fact.
I need their phone numbers as previously requested.
They are not in your database.
I take it back. There are 8 contacts with phone numbers after searching the database, which is a nightmare to search and then not copy any information into our lead tracking sheets due to content protection protocols.
Perhaps your team wants to identify ways to make this process quicker, considering the program’s name includes the word “Fast.”
I will follow up with these 8 contacts on Monday and then upload my sales tracking document so you and the Mr. Checkout team can check my work.
I am stoked to have paid $2500 for a babysitter as I follow up with less than 40% of the “leads” due to a lack of contact information in the National Grocers Database.

When is Mr. Checkout going to pull their weight and get us placed into the 25 promised retailers?
Joel, the owner, explained that this would be the case. This is a “Fast Track” program and we have been a part of it for over a month now.
No one I have spoken to even recalls seeing our product OR the number is to individual grocery stores where I am being redirected to store managers that are telling me to contact corporate.

Test test test…I can’t see my replies…Are you getting them?
I am a team of ONE. Joel “sold” us on the Fast Track program as a way to get into 25 stores for market testing.
I haven’t been receiving any sort of notifications that your team has been reaching out to me and due to that, I haven’t checked the portal especially since my full-time job has demanded more of my attention. Also, I have a 7-month-old daughter.
With no notifications of messages from the Fast Track portal, I have missed and frankly forgotten that we were using the service until recently when I logged in and found a message that our contract was being terminated.
Please advise how we can salvage the relationship and work together to get product placement.
