I’m the new CEO or OnMi patch and I just logged in. I wasn’t given a full rundown of how this program or tool works. I don’t think anyone even knew there was a login for the first 3 months of me working here.
How do we use Mr. Checkout and what reporst do you need? Happy to provide, just no one was checking this at all. Also – if these are sent to Ryan’s email it’s no longer being monitored. He left the company as I joined.

Just to clarify, Ryan was the decision maker and had the login.
Gannon is not a decision maker.
Ryan left the company a month before I joined. I was not employed by the company when this contract started, so I was not able to join the call or understand the communication pathway.
So I can pick up and deliver whatever reporting you need, just no one knew what you needed.
So I can easily pick this up, or re-apply or whatever you need. I mean, I’m here permanently, it was just a matter of circumstance that led to this lack of communication.

So I have our most recent report. They sent out emails on 08/24 and 09/03 with basically no results. Then you suggested we call out and we didn’t have a sales team at the time so that’s where it paused. So let me run through these emails again, and figure out outbound sales and we can take it from there.
