For sure reason my last messages didn’t send. I reached out to all of these leads 2/16/2023.Update 2/23/23 *no responses from any.
Any update? Whats the next steps? It’s a little frustrating that we haven’t had a single sale with you guys.
I’ve followed up will all of them and not a single one has responded. When we were initially pitched we were told that your team handles everything besides processing the orders but then after getting onboarded we were told we’d have to do all the follow up and selling. I’ve followed up with every lead multiple times and have had maybe 1 response total.

This is not the service I was told I was getting and paid for. Mr Checkout was pitched to me that you’d contact the leads and sell them on our product not that you’d just get leads and then leave eveything else up to us. If all you are going to do is provide leads then I’d want a full refund.
Go back and listed to the call with the sales rep we talked to. We specifically asked confirming that all the out reach AND sales would be taken care of by your team.If this is the extent of what you’re team is doing I would like a refund and cancel.
