I believe part of your service is providing the correct contacts in your network and I have a 30% error rate so far which is not a good start.
Additionally, Village Pharmcy does not seem to be called Village Pharmacy and there is no contact with the name provided. I am very confused if all of these stores expressed interest why I was not given the correct contacts.
There were additional bounces in my junk email –

To ensure I properly understand, is all you are facilitating is 1 email and providing contacts of those who have clicked a button or are there actual conversations happening on our behalf? I have uploaded our outreach status report. It denoted all of the bounced emails. At this point I would like to speak with you and will use the link to schedule a call. I find it extremely unlikely that several emails that do not exist clicked a button to express interest. I have tested sending from multiple servers/emails to ensure the issue was not on my end and have called multiple accounts to which I have received the same feedback that the person does not exist or work there. This warrants a conversation and explanation. Thanks in advance.

I booked a call for next week. I have started calling follow ups and came across one pharmacy that is permanently closed – Chinatown Medical Pharmacy. As I make my way through follow up it is clear that the contacts provided and even some stores are not valid. When I paid for this service I was it was not made clear that I would be needing to track down correct emails, store names, contacts and numbers as this is very time consuming. I paid for your network which I believed would include proper contacts but instead I have a total of 22 leads of which half of the contacts are invalid. We can further discuss on Monday.
What do you recommend offering for minimum quantity for PPD freight? Hi-School asked.
Our min is 12 bottles per sku but I would not offer free ship with that.
Since we are 99% direct to consumer we do not currently have MOQ pricing. I will email you our wholesale catalogue so you have all the wholesale pricing. Open to what you feel is best for MOQ.
