This portal will be used to easily keep track of progress as we move forward with the introduction of the product and company to the network.

Hey there. We are still running into an issue where we can’t access the directory. Is there a way to access it through the dashboard?
Steps to recreate:
-Click on the link to the directory
-We get a request to login
-After logging in it takes us to the following address: naturalgrocers.org/wp-admin/wp-login and tells us that we cannot access the page.
-After a few minutes we tried the link again and it let us in. It may take the system a while to log us in.

Hi Michelle, I’ve uploaded the updated spreadsheet for your review. We were able to secure a second sample request, but the majority of contact information seems a bit off. As I indicated in the report, a lot of the numbers provided are to the individual stores, but the personnel at these locations have no idea who the buyer is that’s listed in the Directory.

I attached the updated report with what I’ve been able to get through so far. We’ve had a couple more folks request samples, but as you can see with the majority of the warm leads they don’t know the buyer contacts that are listed in the directory, and generally have no idea who we are.
Hello, can you provide some insight into how these warm leads are determined? It seems like some of the email addresses you are sending are not valid or associated with a person that works at the store. I thought that the warm leads indicated that the recipient actually viewed or clicked on something in the email blast that was sent out by your team.

I’ve attached the updated document. The extra leads have been added to the warm leads tab, and we have made attempts to reach out to them all. I will report back any responses we receive, as the only person we’ve connected with was Justin from Imperial. He didn’t recall receiving the sell sheet, nor was he familiar with our brand, so I sent him our sell sheet. I’ll follow up with him later this week to see if he’d like to sample.
