    He said, great leader never sacrifice people for number and gave example of Ghandhi which is absolutely a miss choice information because Ghandhi planed to kill innocent people in Pakistan India partition and he never made an effort to stope Hindus as he introduced religion in politics of freedom and independence. Even he made Indian Muslims to sacrifice their life to safe guard turk Khilafat. He was a true manipulator who is wrongly known a father of peaceful struggle. India and Pakistan is still suffering because of his betrayal to his people.

    I think the fear that your clumsy or lazy performance can get you fired… gives you more determination and sincerity. Don't wanna say that he's wrong, but firing a clumsy employee with no possibility of further development sounds fair to me
